To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and in the same packaging as received.
The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items that are damaged, altered, or missing components will not be accepted for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Trading cards that have been opened or used.
Items purchased during a clearance sale or marked as “final sale.”
Digital products or downloadable content.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Thi Phuong is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
